Counts and visits are local to each camera. Overlapping views can include the same person. Dwell measures observed time, and is not purchase conversion.

CAMERA CONNECTION

Configure connection

Choose where video comes from. Test the connection, then save and start your camera.

Leave blank to keep the existing connection. Credentials stay on the backend.
Build a camera URL

Templates vary by camera model. Verify the stream path in your camera settings.

Test video access before starting inference.

Detection & playback

Appearance review needs several clear views. A person standing still is still counted. Completely hidden people cannot be reliably identified.

AREA CONFIGURATION

Map the spaces that matter.

Drag a rectangle on the camera frame. Name the spot and set its busy threshold. Zones can overlap; each zone counts its own visits.

Camera frame for zone editing
Drag on the image to draw.

Saving zone changes starts a new zone analytics session.

GATE CALIBRATION

Align with the doorway threshold.

Drag both endpoints along the doorway threshold. IN must point inside the room. Entry = OUT → IN; exit = IN → OUT.

Camera frame for gate calibration

Verify the line and inside direction.
